      Please bear in mind we will be able to more quickly complete the assignment if all necessary documents are sent at the time the evaluation is ordered.

      It is not standard procedure to measure buildings for evaluation reports. Please send any documents and exhibits that will help us most accurately establish the site area and building area to expedite the valuation process.

      We will select the single most applicable approach to value unless the client specifically requests two approaches to value.
